How We Rate UAE Casino Sites

Our rankings use a clear, weighted rubric that favours safety, banking clarity, Arabic support and responsible-gambling controls over headline bonus numbers.

Licensing and transparency - 20%

A recognizable licence, clear operator ownership, readable terms, a stated dispute route and no hidden withdrawal traps. A site that buries its terms or its licence footer loses points here regardless of its game library.

Banking - 20%

Practical deposits, realistic withdrawal times, crypto or e-wallet support that works in both directions, and visible fees. We weight withdrawal reliability more heavily than deposit speed, because that is where players actually get hurt.

Games and software - 20%

Trusted providers, a stable live-dealer floor, published RTP where available and mobile-friendly lobbies. We note when a brand is slots-first versus casino-and-sports so the score reflects who the site is for.

UAE usability - 20%

Access reliability from the UAE, Arabic-language support quality (not just translated navigation), AED clarity, local support hours and readable terms for Arabic-speaking players.

Player protection - 20%

Deposit and session limits, time-outs, self-exclusion, 2FA, privacy controls and support that answers KYC and bonus questions specifically rather than with scripts.

What we do not do

We do not invent bonus values, payout tests, game counts or licence numbers. Where the operator has not published a figure, we say so. Sponsored relationships never override a safety or banking failure in the score.

How the Score Is Built

Each casino starts from the five weighted pillars above, each worth 20% of the editorial score shown on its review page. The pillars are scored independently, then combined — a brand cannot offset a banking or licensing weakness with a large game library, because the categories are capped at their own weight. The roster order on our homepage reflects the combined score together with how well each brand fits a distinct UAE use case, which is why two casinos with similar scores can sit apart in the list.

Evidence Over Marketing

We prioritise verifiable, category-level facts: what type of operator a brand is, which game categories it centres on, which banking rails it supports, and how it handles KYC and limits. Where a claim cannot be verified — a specific bonus amount, a payout-time guarantee, a licence number — we flag it as unverified rather than repeating operator marketing. Our reviews are written to be re-checked: each one carries a maintenance note describing what a future update should confirm.

When a Rating Changes

A brand is downgraded if withdrawals become unclear, country access changes, terms get hidden, or responsible-gambling tools become hard to find. A brand is upgraded only when verified evidence improves — clearer terms, better payment support, stronger Arabic help, or documented faster responses. Reviews are dated, and the homepage list is revisited as UAE regulation and operator terms move.
