Shipping Method and Cost:
The shipping method of Dubai-Watchesuae.com is unique. Usually, we use the shipping methods by DHL, FedEx, EMS, & SF to your door, the tracking numbers are available after shipping the goods. The shipping cost can vary due to the destination, and weight of the parcel.
The orders which we receive on public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and receive after 1 pm on weekdays, will be processed the next working day. We will try to put our best effort to ensure you receive the parcel in time, but we are not responsible for transport delays, which can be affected by the weather, freight carrier, delivery destination, holidays, or incorrect/insufficient distribution information.

After receiving your payment, normally your order will be forwarded to the freight company on the day of packaging or no later than the following day. Once your order is out of stock, we will contact you quickly to let you inform, if you agree to exchange, then the order will be forwarded to the freight company on the day of packaging or no later than the following day. If you aren’t available when your watch is delivered to your delivery point, the mail carrier will leave a calling card with instructions so that you can contact them to know how to pick it up.
- During placing an order, please keep in mind that your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card otherwise we will not be able to process your order for delivery.
Apologize for the inconvenience of the wrong shipping address, but we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Your parcels will be held for correct picking up and we cannot deliver until the correct address. So, please provide us with your latest, accurate, and detailed shipping address with your cell phone number for in-time shipping. If the parcel is returned because it was not deliverable due to a wrong address, the customer will have to be responsible for both the return and shipping charges. After shipped out your parcel, a confirmation email with the online tracking number and link will be sent to you for your kind information. So, we always suggest our customers for keeping track of their parcels to receive them within the time.
- We offer a 2 Year Warranty on all Watches against mechanical failures.
- We will repair your watch within the warranty period provided that: The item has a manufacturer defect.
- We prefer you to Email us your problems as many issues can be solved or adjusted by yourself.
- If the watch does not function according to the specifications on the website.
- The customer shoulders all shipping expenses.
The warranty does not cover the below occurrences:

- Unreasonable watch wear and tear of any kin
- Cracked glass (Not because of Shipping)
